All-in-one

Photography business software, without the stack

Most photographers run a gallery tool, a culling tool, a CRM with invoicing, a website builder and an e-signature service, each with its own login and its own bill. Galerly is one account that does the whole path from enquiry to delivered gallery, and every money feature is on the Free plan.

Facts and prices checked on 2026-09-03.

What one account covers

The pipeline is the product. A lead arrives from your portfolio contact form and lands in the CRM with a score. You send a quote the client accepts online, a contract they sign electronically, and a welcome document is generated from it. The shoot is booked against your availability with a deposit. You cull the shoot with AI, deliver the gallery, and invoice the balance in the client’s currency with the right tax. Each of those steps is a page below.

Plan facts are read from the live pricing page and checked against the code on the date above.

Built for photographers who invoice in Europe

This is the part no North American gallery platform does. Invoices carry the VAT rate of the client’s country, apply reverse charge to EU business clients with a valid VAT ID, and print a Swiss QR-bill when you bill in CHF. You can invoice in USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, CAD or AUD, and each document keeps the currency it was created in. Your galleries, documents and emails render in the client’s language, chosen per client, in English, French, German or Italian.

Invoicing for photographers

The money model, stated plainly

Free is not a trial. It includes the whole money stack, capped by count: three invoices, three quotes, three contracts and one bookable service. Documents you have already created stay usable at any count, on any plan, so a downgrade never locks you out of a sent invoice. Galerly earns on Free by taking 15% of client payments you collect through Stripe, calculated on the pre-tax, pre-shipping amount. Every paid plan is 0%. Bank transfers are never charged a fee on any plan, and Stripe’s own processing fees are separate, as they are everywhere.

Work out what the fee means at your volume.

What Galerly does not do

  • No Lightroom plugin and no desktop app: culling and editing run in the browser on uploaded files.
  • The print store ships through one lab partner (WHCC) or your own fulfilment; the incumbents have larger lab networks.
  • Storage is capped per plan (3 GB to 1 TB). If you need unlimited storage, SmugMug or Zenfolio are the honest answer.
  • The photo editor is in beta and marketing automation is not a feature. Galerly sends transactional and delivery emails, not campaigns.

Start where you are

If you already have a gallery platform, the usual path is to keep it for the galleries that are live, and run the next enquiry, quote, contract and invoice on Galerly. Nothing has to move on day one. When the comparison is useful, the pages below put Galerly next to Pixieset, Pic-Time, ShootProof, CloudSpot, SmugMug, Zenfolio and HoneyBook, with their strengths named.

Frequently asked questions

Is Galerly a CRM or a gallery platform?

Both, in one account. The CRM, quotes, contracts, booking and invoicing sit next to the client galleries and the AI culling, and a client’s documents and galleries share one record.

What does the Free plan really include?

3 GB and 3 galleries, client favorites and downloads, a portfolio site, 3 invoices, 3 quotes, 3 contracts, 1 bookable service, up to 5 clients and 3 projects, and the print store. There is no time limit and no card required.

Which plan has AI culling?

Pro ($29 per month) and Business ($79 per month). There is no per-photo charge; culling is part of the subscription.

Do I need to move my existing galleries?

No. Many photographers keep old galleries where they are and start the next client on Galerly. Photos upload with duplicate detection; there is no automated importer from other platforms.

Where is the data hosted?

On AWS in the European Union (Frankfurt). The photographer is the data controller for gallery content; Galerly is the processor.

One account for the whole job, from enquiry to paid invoice.
