CRM
A CRM that already knows which gallery the client is in
A photographer’s CRM has one job: make sure an enquiry becomes a booking and a booking becomes a paid, delivered gallery, without anything falling between tools. Galerly’s CRM is small on purpose and sits inside the product that sends the quote, the contract, the invoice and the gallery.

Leads arrive scored
The contact form on your Galerly portfolio posts straight into the CRM with the source recorded. Each lead gets a score from 0 to 100 based on where it came from and how much the person wrote, so a two-line “how much?” from a directory sits below a detailed wedding enquiry from your own site. Scores are a sorting aid, not a verdict; you can read every message in full.
Follow up without a spreadsheet
Each lead has a status, notes, and a follow-up sequence you can start with one click and cancel the moment they book. The sequence sends the reminders on schedule from your account so an enquiry that went quiet gets a second and third touch without you remembering to write them. This is lead follow-up, not marketing automation: Galerly does not send campaigns to your whole list.
Clients and projects, in one record
A client record is the email address the quotes, contracts, invoices, bookings and galleries were sent to, so the history is already there. A project groups the deliverables and the timeline for one job, links the galleries that belong to it, and warns you when what you delivered does not match what the contract promised.
| Plan | Clients | Projects |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 | 3 |
| Starter ($9/mo) | 25 | 10 |
| Pro and Business | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Where it connects
- Quotes: build one from the lead, send the public accept link, and the accepted quote generates the contract.
- Booking: the client picks a slot from your availability and pays the deposit; the appointment lands on the record.
- Language: pick English, French, German or Italian per client, and every document, email and gallery for that client renders in it.

Booking software for photographersWhat it is not
It is not HoneyBook or Studio Ninja. There are no pipelines with drag-and-drop stages, no questionnaire builder, no mass email, and no integrations marketplace. If your business runs on automation depth, those tools are better at it. Galerly’s bet is that most photographers need fewer moving parts and a CRM that cannot drift from the invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Is the CRM included on the Free plan?
Yes, with up to 5 clients and 3 projects. Starter raises that to 25 and 10; Pro and Business are unlimited.
Where do leads come from?
From the contact form on your Galerly portfolio, and from leads you add by hand. The source is stored on the lead and feeds the score.
Can I import my existing client list?
Clients are created from the documents you send them, or added by hand. There is no CSV importer today.
Does it send automated marketing emails?
No. Follow-up sequences are per lead and stop when the lead books. Galerly does not send newsletters or campaigns.
