You are the merchant of record on your own Stripe account and we never hold your money. On the Free plan we take 15% of what your clients pay you through Stripe. On every paid plan we take 0%. The 15% is calculated on the price of the work, after any discount, and not on shipping or tax. Bank transfer is never charged a fee, on any plan.

Which Galerly plan is right for me?
Every plan sends invoices, quotes, contracts and bookings. Pick on capacity and tools:
- ·Free: Unlimited galleries and 5 GB, with invoices, quotes, contracts and bookings included, and up to 5 clients and 3 projects. No credit card. 15% fee on client payments.
- ·Starter ($9/mo): 50 GB, 25 clients, 30 minutes of HD video, edit requests, basic analytics, and 0% fees on client payments.
- ·Pro ($29/mo): 500 GB, 2 hours of 4K video, AI culling, face search, no Galerly branding, a custom domain, advanced analytics and SEO tools. Best value for full-time photographers.
- ·Business ($69/mo): Unlimited storage, 5 hours of 4K video, RAW support, second shooters, real-time pro analytics and same-day support. For studios shooting 50 or more weddings a year.
Do you offer a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever, no credit card required, allowing you to test all essential features and upgrade only when you're ready.
Do you take a cut of what my clients pay?
15% on the Free plan, 0% on every paid plan. It applies to client payments you collect through Stripe: invoices, booking deposits, and store sales. The 15% is worked out on the amount before shipping and tax. Bank transfer is never charged, on any plan. You connect your own Stripe account, so we never hold your money.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
It depends on your plan:
- ·Free: 5 GB storage, unlimited galleries, 5 clients, 3 projects. Upgrade when you need more.
- ·Starter: 50 GB storage, unlimited galleries, 25 clients, 10 projects. Upload limit notifications help you stay on track.
- ·Pro & above: Unlimited clients and projects, 500 GB on Pro and unlimited storage on Business. Upgrade for more storage and advanced features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel instantly at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. By choosing annual billing, you save at least 16% compared to the monthly price.
How does upgrading or downgrading work?
Upgrades are immediate: you pay the full new plan price minus a credit for unused days on your current plan. We show you the exact amount before confirming. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period. No refund, but you keep full access until then. All payments are final.
