Subscriptions are easy to start and easy to forget. This calculator asks for what you pay today, job by job, plus the percentage a platform keeps on your client payments, and shows the yearly total next to one Galerly plan. It does not type any other vendor’s price for you, because those change and you know your own invoices better than we do.

How to fill it in honestly
- Use the monthly equivalent of annual plans: a 240 a year subscription is 20 a month.
- The platform fee is the share the gallery or CRM vendor keeps on client payments, not the card processor’s charge. Stripe’s fee applies on every platform, Galerly included, and is left out on both sides.
- Leave a row at zero if you do the job without software, and remember that a spreadsheet has a cost too: your evenings.

Why does the calculator not pre-fill competitor prices?
Because they change, differ by billing period and region, and you would rightly distrust a comparison where we typed the other side. Our comparison pages quote them with a verification date instead.
Is the Galerly plan price in my currency?
Plans are billed in USD. The calculator shows the USD figure next to your currency without converting; for a CHF or EUR budget the difference is small, for others check the rate.
